the objective

gFeedr was created in my Scripting For Web Applications class. I had to create a site that had drag and droppable content, dynamic viewable RSS feeds at the users request, and pull back the latest RSS feeds for some of the top news sites.

the solution

By applying these features to the site I designed a slider to show the latest feeds of all the sites that is shown top center of the site. This way the user will get what they want up front instead of search throughout the site for it. Once the user logs in they will receive an option to customize their desired feeds with drag and droppable functionality that animations in and out. This makes it easier for the user to decide what they what to see.
